Sample Answer

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you about my colleague’s impending departure from the workplace and her farewell party. As assigned, I have given considerable thought to a number of factors to make the occasion unforgettable.

I suggest organizing the party on 31st January at 4:00 pm given the availability of most team members. Additionally, I suggest the auditorium for the venue. This venue offers ample space and all the amenities needed to organize a great event. All team members will also find its central location useful as it ensures easy accessibility.

In terms of catering, I advise setting up a buffet-style dinner by a professional catering company that offers a variety of meals to accommodate guests with various dietary restrictions and tastes. To honor our colleague’s tenure with the organization, it would also be thoughtful to include a small cake-cutting ceremony. We can set up a live band to play to provide entertainment and create a dynamic atmosphere.

In my opinion, these ideas will help create a heartfelt farewell celebration. I appreciate you giving me this task, and I eagerly await discussing these ideas in more detail.

Looking forward to an affirmative response.

Yours sincerely,
Olivia Grace
