Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of a recent course I took at your school.
My name is Tyrone Jackson, a participant in your language school’s English lessons. I made a conscious choice to attend your school as per the recommendations of my friends. Yet, I must express my disappointment with the teaching quality I experienced during my time at your school.
There was an absence of stimulating and dynamic teaching techniques. The classes heavily relied on conventional lectures and textbook assignments. The lack of emphasis on practical language skills, particularly speaking and listening, in the classes was concerning to me. As a result, I felt unprepared to navigate real-life situations using English.
To enhance the effectiveness of these classes, I propose incorporating a variety of interactive activities, such as group discussions and real-life simulations. In addition, opportunities for students to interact with native English speakers, whether through guest lectures or language exchange programs, would greatly enhance the learning experience.
Your consideration of this matter is greatly appreciated and I look forward to witnessing positive adjustments in teaching techniques in the near future.
