Sample Answer:

Dear Sir,

I trust this letter finds you in good health. It is with a sense of urgency that I compose this message to share an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your esteemed supermarket.

On 23rd November 2023, I was elated to have purchased a Juicer Grinder from your store, Safeway. However, upon closer inspection at home, I was disappointed to discover a problem with the item as while using the mixer function, an unexpected noise and occasional vibrations were noticed which point to a potential issue with the motor or internal components. As a loyal customer who has always placed faith in the excellence and dependability of your products, this discrepancy has left me disheartened.

Could you please provide me with your assistance in resolving this matter? I am open to hearing your suggestions on how we can fix this problem, whether it be through replacing the item, issuing a refund, or finding another suitable solution. I have confidence in the customer satisfaction values of your supermarket and am hopeful that you will take prompt action to address this issue.

I eagerly anticipate a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Yours faithfully,
Javed
