Dear Shenelle,

I hope this letter reaches you in excellent well-being and good spirits. I’m thrilled to extend an invitation to you for an upcoming music concert for which I purchased tickets.

The event is scheduled for 30th November, 2023 at the renowned A.J. Fletcher Opera Theatre at Martin Marietta Centre for the Performing Arts, showcasing the one and only Taylor Swift, renowned for her electrifying stage presence and alluring melodies.

Although I was eagerly waiting to attend this event, I won’t be able to make it to the concert due to a sudden professional obligation. However, I would be overjoyed if you could take the ticket and experience the event instead. The music and ambiance are sure to captivate you, and it would bring me joy to know that the ticket is bringing someone else a cherished memory.

Let’s coordinate a time and place for me to hand over the ticket so you can have it well before the concert. This will give you ample time to plan and fully enjoy this exciting opportunity. am truly hoping that you are able to attend the concert and have an amazing experience.

I am eager to hear back from you and have you enjoyed the concert in my place.

Warm regards,
Jenelle
