The rendered bar graph illustrates the statistics between 1995 and 2005 of workforce employment for men and women in six distinct territories.
In an overview, it is evident that employment rate among men was more than women in each of the six countries. Interestingly, Iceland and Switzerland surpassed the other four nations in terms of overall employment conditions.
To begin with, in the year 1995, more than 65% of men were employed in Switzerland and Iceland, in comparison to less than 60% in the other four countries. After a decade, the employment rate for men was recorded over 70% everywhere with the exception of Australia.
Getting into more detail, only Switzerland had a female workforce employment ratio of over 50% in 1995, however for other regions, it ranged from 28 to 58%. Over the course of ten years, this percentage also escalated, and in 2005, the proportion of female employees in Switzerland reached almost 70%, while it 20% in remaining countries.
