Sample Answer

Dear Sir,

I am reaching out to inquire about the availability of commercial space for rent at the new shopping complex under your supervision.

My name is Daniel Mark. As an entrepreneur, I am eager to launch my retail business and I believe that renting a space in a bustling area with heavy foot traffic would be the perfect opportunity for me. Specifically, I am in search of a shop space that spans roughly 1500 square feet. The concept of my boutique is to offer trendy fashion apparel and accessories for both men and women.

I was hoping to gather details on any shop spaces that are currently vacant within the shopping complex. Along with this, I would like to inquire about the rental fees and any other associated costs for leasing a shop space. Having an understanding of the rental agreement’s terms and conditions, including the duration of the lease and any deposit requirements, would greatly aid me in making a well-informed decision.

I am eagerly awaiting your timely reply.

Yours faithfully,
Daniel Mark
