I hope this letter finds you in good health. I wanted to personally reach out to you regarding my recent purchase from your store, the Elegant Home Designs with transaction reference number 189643 made on 23rd November,2023. As a loyal customer of your store, I have always been impressed by the top-notch quality of your products.

Unfortunately, upon receiving the furniture, I was disappointed to find visible damages, such as noticeable scratches, dents on various surfaces and slight but discernible discolorations. Considering the careful packaging, it is evident that these issues arose during shipping or handling. I am writing to request your help in addressing this issue.

Please find attached photos showcasing the damages for your review. As a loyal customer, I have full confidence in the amazing customer service that Elegant Home Designs is known for. I would greatly appreciate your help in finding the best solution, whether it be replacing the damaged parts or the entire item.
